SimpleBackups

There are two ways to do that with SimpleBackups.

By connecting your own server that has access to your private database - SimpleBackups supports SSH tunneling, meaning you can leverage another server (tunnel) that has access to the server you want to back up

Or using Tailscale (supported by SimpleBackups)
